Fire & Rain Forum

California State University, San Bernardino and the Water Resources Institute, hosted Fire and Rain: A Forum on flooding hazards following the California wildfires on Monday, March 22, 2004.

The Forum has been filmed and broadcasted by Inland Cable Television Network (ICTN). The PowerPoint speeches are listed below. DVD copies of Fire and Rain are available at the Water Resources Institute.
